Hi, I’m Sheila Rae Krygsheld—a Bible teacher, researcher, and communicator with a heart for helping people grow in their faith and learn how to share it confidently with others. I’ve spent years studying God’s Word and earned a Master of Arts in Apologetics from Houston Baptist University, along with both a Bachelor's and a Master's degree in Biblical Studies from Trinity College of the Bible. But more than just gaining knowledge, my passion has always been about helping others understand how Scripture connects to real life.
I’ve had the joy of teaching college students as an Adjunct Professor of Religion at Carthage College, where I worked with about 90 students each semester—many of them just beginning their academic journeys. One of the greatest honors I’ve received was being awarded a senior coin, which is given by students to someone who’s made a meaningful impact on their lives. That meant the world to me and reminded me why I love teaching and mentoring so much.
Outside the classroom, I’ve served in church leadership and creative ministry roles—planning worship services, producing large-scale events, and helping bring biblical messages to life through storytelling and visual design. I’ve also been blessed to take this work beyond the U.S., including a trip to Malawi, Africa, where I helped develop and affirm a Christian leadership curriculum for young women.
Whether I’m leading a small group, speaking at a rural church, or walking alongside someone in a mentorship role, my goal is the same: to help others discover the beauty and truth of the Gospel, know it deeply for themselves, and to learn to share it boldly!
